Kiln dried charcuterie stock in Italian Olive. 5/4 material will be surfaced to a thickness around 1". Boards may or may not have bark on the edges. Boards pictured are a good representation of what you can expect to receive. Olivewood by nature does have the odd surface crack - we suggest using Starbond CA glue to quickly fill voids.
